15th Administrators Conference 2010 in Pan Pacific KLIA

Hi all,

Had been attending the conference since yesterday afternoon. The conference basically is about the leadership preference that leaders chooses nowadays and what type of leadership that is the best to be used in todays world.

Now I know, that being a leader needs to have a lot of hard work and needs to be with your subordinates and motivate them to do the best.

There are a lot of managers but, leaders are few. And few leaders that are creative and knows how to handle their subordinates and few are still standing and be a leader.

Leaders nowadays needs to be a transformational leader that is able to be creative and motivates their subordinates to make an organization better.

So, that's a bit of the agenda that I have heard since yesterday.

My New year resolution

This are my new year resolution:

1. Release from financial burden ( loans - PTPTN, car, etc)
2. Prepare for new baby
3. Confirmed in this job
4. Get promoted :) ( as if this is going to happen soon)
5. Feel at ease, stress-free life
6. Better health
7. Hubby in good health and shape :P
8. Buy own property ( house , apartment , etc)
9. Better working environment ( good staffs, good boss and colleague)
10. 100% breastfeed new baby
11. Able to meet in person Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad ( ex Prime Minister of Malaysia), my favorite Prime Minister of Malaysia :)

Hope that all my new year resolution wishes come true. If not, I would like my no.1, 2,3,5,6,7 and 10 be true at least.:P hope so.....

Diary of the second pregnancy

Hi all,

It's already been 3 and a half months now, and the cravings that I had for now, was not as extreme as I had during the first one.

I am currently in the midst of wanting to try a hypnobirthing technique, that I have heard before and read quite sometime ago, but hadn't the chance to try and check it out.

I am trying to find an alternative to give birth the painless or less pain way. As you might know that giving birth is a task that most moms would rather not do, if they had the option to. But, I on the other hand feels that giving birth is a gift for mothers.

You can feel a life in you, which some fathers would love to have ( I think so, correct me if I'm wrong). Givng birth to my first baby was a rather painful and stressing experience. I was not prepared and was an amateur. I do not know how to hold a baby, how to breastfeed, how to rest when you have a baby.

It's still a stressing thing for me when you still think about it. But, for this second baby, I am quite ready emotionally and physically. Thinking of giving birth makes it an exciting experience for me, as I can still feel the first experience where, I am not ready to accept the changes in my life.

I am ready to accept the changes and to give birth. That's why I now am trying to know more about hypnobirthing. I have surfed in the net for the articles related to this, and found that not most of the hypnobirth users are having a painless labour.

But, this is a challenge for me as I know that being a mom, this is some of the things that you needed to do and sacrifice.

Officially.......

Hi all,

I have good news, I'm officially going to be a mum again, and Lil Kamila is going to have a baby . It's been 6 weeks now, and the symptoms of being pregnant is nothing much.Just having some soreness at my back and lots of cravings.....

Well, since Kamila is already 2 years plus, I think that she'll be able to manage and surely would love to have more friends.

From our point of view, she really loves small kids and loves to have a brother or sister. So, I think that she will be okay.

So, will updating more soon.

Raya Celebration

Hi all,

Just came back from celebrating raya at east coast. Went there to visit relatives and attend a wedding. The trip was tiring, but the experience was wonderful. Although there are some that you wouldn't want to know.

Well, Lil Kamila loves to be there as she has the chance to run around and be in a different environment, other than home. She had enjoyed her experience and stay there. Although some of the plans that we had planned before going was not done, the experience was okay.

We had been to Tanah Merah, Kelantan, then to Besut, Terengganu then went down to Dungun, Terengganu. Stayed there for one night at Ulek Resort (had a nice jacuzzi bathtub, but, can only fit one person), had an experience of eating seafood at CB Wee Seafood Restaurant. The 'Har Lok' (not sure of the spelling) prawn was the main dish. It was superb..... All of us enjoyed the food.

The next day, went off to Kuantan to meet mom's best friend at Beserah. Stayed at Seasons View Hotel. The price was okay, as it ranges from Rm98.00nett for a standard double bed room up to RM200 over for suite. The room is comfortable and the condition of the room is clean , since it just opened for only 1 year.

We ate at the Sri Mahkota Seafood Restaurant in Kuantan that night and the Crab Fried with Telur Masin is awesome...... The taste was exquisite, as we hadn't tasted crab cooked like that before, the other dish is also nice like the tauhu.

Raya Shopping

Hi all,

I have just came back from doing my own shopping for this coming Raya. Well, I kinda at first dislike to do it, as I do not have a clue what to buy (designs,shapes,etc.), plus with expecting the price for each baju kurung is supposed to be around RM100 or below.

But, to my surprise, the price range of a baju kurung is between RM90 and above. The quality of the baju kurung was not that low quality(sure, look at the price ma...) and the design is quite okay. But, the problem is with the quality of the material.

I for sure would like it to be light and not too transparent, and is not that thick (Malaysia is quite hot right now). So, I thought of only buying baju kurung that is traditional kind of design where most of us knew.

But, once I went to PKNS Shopping Complex in Shah Alam, where there are a lot of vendors selling baju raya, I was amazed and go around the place where I try to find the best baju kurung that suits me.

There are baju kurungs that have nice designs and patterns, but the material was not what I have expected. There are no size as well, only bigger sizes. Then, as I have turned around and walked in circles (twice), I just bought one, that to me have a nice design and pattern and the material is alright. But, one thing is not very right, is the price. But now, being me, I don't want to waste my time finding other clothes that I do not really like, and won't wear it again or only once or twice, so, I just bought the baju kurung. As I like (no, love) the design and the material is okay as well (cotton). And the best thing is the material of the baju kurung needs not to ironed, unless you want to!!! :P....Hehehehehe....being a mom and I know myself, would not like to iron my clothes....I just took it!!!.

As I only bought one baju kurung, I decided to go to Jakel, Shah Alam to buy some more baju kurung that is less than Rm100. But, as we (me and hubby) drove through the lane nearing Jakel, my hubby saw a boutique filled with nice design baju kurungs. Then, I went into the boutique, called as Atelia Amani, where the sales girl was nice,but, the price is extremely pricey although they have discounts. But, as my hubby wanted me to try the clothes, I just bought two of it. The price is expensive, but the materials and the design is just what I like and wanted. Not too striking, not too bright, not many designs or patterns.

Hectic day

Hi all,

It's been a while since I've updated anything. Well, to cut it short, since Kamila been growing, my life got very busy. Busy at work, busy at home. She now, loves to run around the house, climbing here and there, climbing the chairs, and table and even loves to do what grown ups does.

She even likes to act as what we have done in front of her. I have lots of pictures that I have not posted here.

Well, today for instance, is a very busy day for me. I have been to meeting and now, needs to draft letters ( I mean lots of them) to appoint staffs in being responsible to duties appointed to them.

Got tonnes of things to do in just a few hours.Hmmmm....thinking of having my own Personal assistance. But, as you know doing your work is not as easy as ABC anymore. Not when you're in school and University.

Working is now stressing and this ,I admit all of you are thinking.

So, well haven't got much time to chat around or write more. Will do it once I am a bit stabil.
